Who we are!

We are a rental service specialized in providing visitors, campers and hikers in Iceland with the perfect clothing and equipment for their adventures. 

Iceland Camping Equipment was founded in 2011 by a French couple who fell so in love with Iceland that after 10 years, visiting it as tourists was not enough anymore – and that’s when they moved here. Their 10 years experiences as tourist in Iceland sparked the idea of opening a rental store, as this type of service was not present – but greatly needed! 

We wish to provide you with fair-priced, high-quality gear, accompanied with professional travel advice – with a smile ;)
